WHY SYSTEMSTEAD

Less chasing.
More connected work.

Systemstead exists to help businesses move beyond repeated entry, scattered information and follow-up that depends on memory. We design custom workflows, AI assistance and software around the work your team actually does.

Clear scope.
Connected tools.
People in control.

Useful systems start with understanding.

Home services are our initial focus. Suitable businesses in other industries can bring us a workflow for review.

Start with the real work

A new tool is useful only when it improves a real process. We start with the people, information and handoffs that make work stall.

Connect what already works

Your CRM or field-service software may already have useful automation. We review those options first, connect supported tools and define what still needs to be built.

Keep human judgment

The scope identifies routine actions, sensitive decisions and the people who approve them. External messaging, financial commitments and permission changes need explicit authorization.

FROM CONVERSATION TO DELIVERY

Define the work.
Review before release.

Our offered delivery approach. Each customer system still needs its own proof and authorization.

  1. 01

    Introductory consultation

Discuss the problem, existing tools and desired outcome. A conversation is not a paid audit or an implementation commitment.

  2. 02

    Audit or scoped discovery

Agree on what to review and the written output. A paid audit is separately ordered; implementation is quoted afterward.

  3. 03

    Build, test and review

Define deliverables, permissions, exclusions and acceptance criteria. Test the workflow, access boundaries and recovery, then obtain required client approval.

  4. 04

    Launch and bounded care

Activation follows acceptance and the agreement. Monitoring, maintenance and support have named responsibilities and agreed limits.

A SEPARATE PAID ENGAGEMENT

The $500 Systems Audit

A $500, one-time review of an agreed business problem and approved materials. The written order defines the research, findings and recommended next steps. Implementation is a separate proposal.

A conditional $500 credit may apply to a qualifying implementation for the same business within 60 days. Eligibility, the start of that window and any minimum are confirmed in the written audit terms before an order is accepted. No automatic credit or refund is promised.

Requesting an audit does not take payment or activate a service. Scheduling and delivery depend on confirmed scope and readiness.

Discuss audit scope ↗

Questions worth asking before a commitment.

Clarity about scope and responsibility is part of building trust.

Will this work with our existing software?

Compatibility depends on your tool, subscription, supported API and provider permissions. We confirm the connection path before committing to an integration. A named tool or example is not a promise of compatibility.

Who owns our information and the system?

Data access, account ownership, software rights, exports and provider dependencies must be specified in your agreement. Discovery does not transfer ownership. Ask us to document the handoff you will receive before signing.

How are security and privacy handled?

The existing portal uses authenticated, role-based access. Each delivery needs its own access and privacy review, permitted sources and acceptance tests. We do not claim security certification, complete customer-tenant proof or a blanket guarantee.

What happens before customer activation?

The plan defines representative input-to-output tests, unauthorized-access refusals, failure handling and recovery. Required approvals and customer acceptance come before activation. A local demonstration is not proof of a working customer deployment.

What does managed automation include?

The proposal separates setup from ongoing monitoring, maintenance and support. It identifies who reviews failures, included changes, support hours and response windows. Support is not unlimited; no staffed 24/7 SLA is promised.

What if a provider fails or someone is unavailable?

Continuity needs a written plan: responsible contacts, pause and escalation procedures, provider dependencies and recovery. Backup operators, failover and restore coverage must be confirmed for your scope; they are not assumed.

Can we cancel, export or move the system?

Cancellation, notice periods, handoff materials, export formats, deletion and third-party charges are defined before an agreement is accepted. We do not promise an unconditional refund or a transfer right beyond the agreed terms.

Where can we see evidence?

We can discuss the exact scope and evidence available for it. Demonstrations must be labelled as demonstrations. We do not substitute simulated buyers, internal tests or projected savings for real customer outcomes.

that needs to change.

Tell us where work gets stuck. We will discuss a useful next step and what must be confirmed.
