Legal Entity
- Systemstead is the public brand operated by Systemstead LLC, an Arizona Domestic Limited Liability Company formed effective August 20, 2026.
- These terms do not include private formation information, tax identification numbers, owner addresses, or statutory-agent details.
Acceptance
- By using the Systemstead website or portal, you agree to these terms.
- These public terms are not a final client services agreement. Paid work should use a separate signed agreement.
Eligibility
- Systemstead is intended for business users who can provide accurate account and business information.
- Users must be authorized to act for the business they represent.
Accounts
- Portal access is limited to authorized users.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and notifying Systemstead if access should be changed or revoked.
Account Security
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your authorized account.
- Do not share passwords, setup links, reset links, or invitation links with unauthorized people.
Client & Team Access
- One login may route different users to different authorized workspaces.
- Access depends on authenticated identity, profile role, business membership, permissions, and server-side authorization.
Business Information
- You are responsible for providing accurate business information, goals, content, domains, tools, and approvals needed for work.
- Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.
Portal Use
- Use the portal for authorized business purposes only.
- Do not attempt to access another client’s information, bypass permissions, disrupt systems, or misuse forms.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Systemstead for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
- Do not upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security controls.
Consultations and Bookings
- Booking a consultation does not guarantee Systemstead will accept a project.
- Meetings are scheduled through available calendar times unless otherwise agreed.
Communications
- Systemstead may communicate through email, portal messages, meetings, and approved service tools.
- Required account, authentication, security, and critical service messages may be necessary while an account is active.
Quotes and Proposals
- Public pages invite custom quote requests; they do not create invoices, guarantee acceptance, or finalize scope.
- Systemstead may review the request, ask follow-up questions, recommend a consultation, or decline work that is not a good fit.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients should review requested materials, attend scheduled meetings, approve major changes where required, and provide timely context.
- Delays in client input may affect timelines.
Third-Party Services
- Systemstead may use hosting, database, email, calendar, security, signature, payment, analytics, AI, and other service providers to operate the website, portal, and agreed services.
- Third-party availability, terms, outages, pricing, or limits may affect service delivery.
Domains
- Clients generally own and pay for their domain registration and renewal directly unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Systemstead may help configure and connect domains, but domain costs are separate unless explicitly included in a written quote.
Website Services
- Website work may include design, development, forms, booking flows, hosting configuration, maintenance, and connected systems as scoped.
- Final ownership, licenses, revisions, hosting, support, and third-party costs should be defined in a signed services agreement.
Automation Services
- Automation can assist intake, routing, summaries, follow-up, and operational visibility.
- Automation should be scoped around approved business workflows and appropriate human oversight.
AI Limitations
- AI output may require human review and may not always be complete, current, accurate, or appropriate.
- Systemstead does not guarantee automated or AI-assisted output will always be error-free. Human judgment remains important.
Public Assistant
- The public assistant provides general information only. It cannot make commitments, publish content, send communications, sign documents, or take action for you.
- Do not provide passwords, payment information, confidential client records, or other sensitive personal information through the public assistant.
Early Access / Beta Features
- Coming Soon, In Development, and Early Access features may change, pause, or never launch.
- An early-access request does not guarantee availability, release date, pricing, acceptance, or final functionality.
Intellectual Property
- Systemstead’s brand, website content, designs, and internal systems remain protected.
- Client content and project-specific ownership should be addressed in a separate signed services agreement.
Client Content
- Clients must have rights to the materials, logos, photos, text, files, domains, and business information they provide.
- Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their business content.
Availability
- The website and portal may be updated, paused, or unavailable for maintenance, security, provider issues, or operational reasons.
- Systemstead does not guarantee uninterrupted operation through these public terms.
Fees / Pricing Information
- Public pages may describe service categories and invite quote requests, but they do not create fixed public package pricing or self-checkout purchases.
- Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, integrations, usage, custom requirements, ongoing support, taxes, and approved third-party costs.
Payments Later
- Payment methods, invoices, and recurring billing, when offered, are governed by the applicable signed client agreement and invoice or Order Form.
- Do not submit raw card or bank credentials through general forms.
Cancellations and Termination
- A client may request account or service changes, but active project, support, cancellation, refund, and termination terms should be governed by the applicable written agreement.
- Systemstead may suspend or restrict access when needed for security, misuse, legal concerns, nonpayment where applicable, or operational protection.
Support
- AI support intake may be available 24/7 where operational. Human support is generally Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Arizona time; weekend human support is best effort unless an agreement says otherwise.
- Support availability, response expectations, and included maintenance should be defined by the applicable service scope or agreement. These public terms do not create an SLA.
Service Agreement Controls
- A signed client agreement and applicable Order Form control the purchased client relationship, including scope, fees, refunds, cancellation, support, data handling, and service-specific terms.
Disclaimers
- The website and portal are provided for general business information, account access, and service coordination.
- Systemstead does not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, conversion, operational, or financial results.
Relationship to Client Agreements
- These public terms govern public-site and portal use. They do not replace or override a signed client agreement.
Changes to Terms
Systemstead may update these terms as the website, portal, providers, services, or legal requirements change.
